By registering on this forum, you agree to use it properly, and to refrain from posting any content that is aggressive, offensive, defamatory, hateful, or in violation of applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to post messages inciting or evoking illegal practices, or violating the terms of use of the service.

The moderators and administrators of this forum will do their best to delete or edit any reprehensible messages that may be posted on the forum. You acknowledge that all messages posted on this forum express the opinion of their respective authors, and do not necessarily reflect the position of the moderators and administrators.

In order to ensure the moderation of this forum, any message violating the preceding provisions may be edited or deleted without notice by the moderators and administrators of the forum. 1# *not people who have chars in other guilds *thats there mains* and come to Our mvp's and ks them,send for your other guild member's.. *from dif guild* 2# English speaking in guild channel. Guild accepts all Languages but Prefer English speaking,understanding. *heres a little of other country etc we have... * Indonesia,Germany,English,Scotland,Australia ,sing,Brazilian,states,Canada,?Russia? etc. but everyone as needs to understands English etc. 3# will be kicked from guild if inactive more then 1week with out notification of why your inactive to Me *or Leaders* 4# if u fail to follow any of said rules so far. *if i get a complaint* i will look into it and if i see it,get +3 more complaints will be kicked from guild, ^^ 5#*if anyone around you's title is Little guy ^^* Keep down Language etc be nice 6# No spamming sell in guild chat, ask simple..? 7# If you join Guild it means u are accepting rules and this rule is u will Participate, IN Joining the fourm,speaking on the fourm keeping yourself updated with info from fourm. if i sign on and ask someone from fourm and u dont know it i will kick im givivng everyone warning fourm is to keep everyone updated with everything that is going on. yes u dont have to join said events or anything. *But i want everyone and i mean everyone in guild on fourm,registered to fourm and reading fourm daily if u cant do this please do not ask to join fourm etc. 8# active chars n guild no duel account on guild unless told so otherwise by Me,Tone, or the leaders of the guild 9#i may add as many rules i wish and when i wish,remove any rules etc so forth meh hehe 10.) We ask that people who join LoS to be their main characters. This means: ---------10.a) Not currently in any other guild, besides the Guild's alternate guild, Espada (This is for spare/alternate characters). This may possibly be debate-able, ask Cory (Guild Leader) for confirmation. ---------10.b) Whatever is said in the Guild, stays in the Guild. Also known as: We do not welcome spies. This goes without saying. 11.) The main language in this Guild in English. We accept people of all languages, however, please refrain from speaking other languages in the guild chat. This rule also applies to those of you using the Ventrilo channel as well. 12.) The guild accepts members who are extremely active. ---------12.a) By definition of active: Online either daily, or as close to daily as possible. ---------12.b) If there are situations where you will be away for awhile, either let one of the people who have expelling rights in the guild know, or make a thread in the forums notifying us of your absence. This leads us to the next rule... 13.) Expulsions; Guild members will be expelled: ---------13.a) If you piss the Guild Leader off, obviously. ---------13.b) If you irritate other guildies. Example: If we get complaints from others. Such behaviour is not desired and extremely rude. If any 'Leaders' hear of this, we will look further into the matter. ---------13.c) The leaders will try to adhere to the '3-strikes-and-your-out' rule. This means 3 warnings. However, it is up to the expeller's decision due to the circumstance(s) of the situation. Example: If it is found out that you are just in the guild to take items from guild storage, you will be expelled. No questions asked, and non-negotiable. 14.) This is not strictly enforced, but try to keep language used PG-13. There are younger players in the guild, so we ask of you to please respect this fact. 15.) Refrain from spamming the guild chat. This includes B>, S>,T>, or any other variations, however, it is alright as long as it is NOT SPAMMED. 16.) There is to be NO duel-charactering in this Guild. Space is limited, unless you have specific permission from the Guild Leader. ---------16.a) If you have any alternate characters, they are welcome into the alternative guild, Espada. ---------16.b) Concerning the guild Espada, you may have as many characters in there, as long as they are relatively active. However, it will start becoming ridiculous if each person has 5+ characters in the spare guild. If it comes to this, I will try to start a second alternative guild. 17.) Joining the Guild also means joining the forum. It is your responsibility to keep yourself updated on the forums. 18.) Follow all rules above. Devote yourself to these rules. And accepting all rules said above. 19.) Enjoy your time in the guild. =) 20.) And the Guild Leader is the absolute power/authority in this guild. Which means, he is not bound by any of these rules.
